How long does shipping take?
• India: 4–9 business days after dispatch
• International: 10–15 business days after dispatch
Do you accept returns?
Yes — but only for orders within India. Returns are accepted within 5 days of delivery if the item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging. You can request a return by logging into your TROVIO account.
Do you offer exchanges?
Yes! Exchanges are allowed for any reason on all products, as long as:
• The item is unused, unwashed, and in original condition
• The request is made within 5 days of delivery

You can either:
• Contact our support team to arrange an exchange
• Or place a new order for your replacement and request a return for the original item via your TROVIO account
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds (for eligible returns in India) are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the item and it passes quality check.
Can I cancel my order?
No, we do not accept cancellations once an order is placed. Please ensure your size and details are correct before confirming.
Can international customers return or exchange products?
No. All international orders are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for shipments outside India.
