Return, Refund, Exchange & Cancellation Policy

At Trovio, we care deeply about your experience and satisfaction. While we do our best to ensure quality, here’s everything you need to know if something isn’t quite right.

Cancellations (All Orders – Domestic & International)

Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled. Please double-check your size and address details before confirming your purchase.


Returns & Exchanges (Domestic Orders – India Only)

We accept returns and exchanges within 5 days of delivery for all t-shirts ordered within India.

Eligibility:

  • Return or exchange requests must be raised within 5 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
  • Tags and labels must be intact.
  • Product must pass a Quality Check (QC) upon return.

How to Request a Return:

  • Log into your Trovio customer account.
  • Go to Order History → Select Item → Request Return.
  • Once approved, our logistics partner will contact you to schedule a free pickup.

How to Request an Exchange:

  • Contact our support team via email or WhatsApp to arrange an exchange.
  • Or simply place a new order, and raise a return request for the existing item from your account.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for international orders. Please review sizing and product details carefully before placing your order.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method for prepaid orders.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we’ll request your bank details to process the refund.
  • Refunds may take 5-7 business days after approval and quality check.

Return Shipping

  • We do not charge for return shipping.
  • Once your exchange is approved, our logistics partner will contact you to schedule a pickup from your provided address.
  • Please ensure the product is securely packed in its original packaging when handing it over.

Important Notes

  • We currently do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for international orders.
  • All international sales are final.
  • In case of domestic orders, if the returned product fails our quality check, the exchange or refund will not be processed.
